plataformas<\/strong>\u00a0<\/a>en donde se sit\u00faan en peine los cinco campos de juego orientados norte-sur: una con superficie de\u00a0<strong><a class=\"destacado\">tierra sobre el nivel natural del terreno<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0para los campos dedicados al f\u00fatbol base y otra de\u00a0<strong><a class=\"destacado\">hierba sobre la excavaci\u00f3n<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0para el campo de competici\u00f3n y el de entrenamiento de la primera plantilla .<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-345\" src=\"http:\/\/candelarquitectura.com\/estudio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ciudaddeportivamem2-1024x331.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"702\" height=\"227\" sit\u00faa longitudinalmente en entre ambas plataformas toda la infraestructura de vestuarios y dependencias a modo de\u00a0<strong><a class=\"destacado\">espina dorsal que atraviesa el recinto de principio a fin<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0quedando en la cubierta a 1,60 m. por encima de los campos de tierra, una calle p\u00fablica de acceso a las gradas, desde donde se puede \u00abver sin interferir\u00bb en las actividades deportivas, delimitando claramente las funciones: el uso de los dos tipos de campos, los vestuarios y el p\u00fablico.<\/p><p>As\u00ed los 2.500 m2 construidos que requiere el conjunto dedicados a: vestuarios, entrenadores, \u00e1rbitros, primera plantilla, zona m\u00e9dica y de rehabilitaci\u00f3n, aseos p\u00fablicos y almacenes: no se hacen patentes como edificaci\u00f3n sino m\u00e1s bien como una suma de pasarelas, porches y lucernarios que estructuran, separan y unen a la vez todo el conjunto.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-347\" src=\"http:\/\/candelarquitectura.com\/estudio\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/05\/ciudaddeportivamem4-1024x455.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"702\" estructuras marcan el principio y el fin de la pasarela de p\u00fablico:\u00a0<strong><a class=\"destacado\">la gran puerta de acceso y la cubierta del polideportivo que vuela sobre la pasarela<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>al fondo que se remata mediante una loma con tierra procedente de la excavaci\u00f3n de los campos de hierba, plantada de pinos para cerrar visualmente el recinto.<\/p><p>La construcci\u00f3n se ha realizado dentro de una econom\u00ed\u0301a estricta a base de hormig\u00f3n, acero e instalaciones vistas con soluciones constructivas que aseguren la m\u00e1xima durbilidad y el f\u00e1cil mantenimiento en previsi\u00f3n de que no se degrade con el uso, manteniendo en lo posible intacto el\u00a0<strong><a class=\"destacado\">valor patrimonial<\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>que supone este conjunto para la ciudad.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-348\"
